Long Hunter State Park is located just outside of Nashville in Hermitage, TN. This state park does have a campground, but it's primitive tent camping only. It's a beautiful state park, and we like to walk on the paved walkway around Couchville Lake. 2,600 acres make up Long Hunter, and there are 26 miles of hiking trails that range from 1 mile to 6 miles!
